2018 Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes showcases our builder & remodeler memmbers projects as well as highlighting the latest in new home design, materials and trends.
The Parade of Homes is a self guided tour of more than twenty homes in Central Connecticut featuring both new home construction as well as remodeled homes.  All styles and price points will be on display from active adult, to townhomoes, neighborhood developments and historic homes that have been updated.  Prices range from the high $200,000's to $2+ million.
