Join us for an exciting day of sporting clays at the Peace Dale Shooting Preserve!
This event offers an incredible opportunity for participants to enjoy a thrilling shooting experience, network with peers, and enjoy delicious food and beverages in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Guests can bring their own shotguns, or rent them onsite.
HOW TO PLAY:
Sporting clays simulate actual field shooting conditions, offering a dynamic and fun experience for all skill levels.
Participants will navigate one of the two available courses, shooting at 2-4 targets at several different stations. The courses are designed to mimic hunting scenarios, making it the perfect off-season training for hunters.
COURSE DETAILS:
• Each course consists of 10-15 shooting stations laid out around the natural features of the land.
• A variety of targets are used, including clays that simulate the speed and movement of game birds and rabbits.
• Golf Carts are available to navigate the course.
HOW THE GAME WORKS:
• Squads of 2-6 shooters will work their way through the course, shooting at each station in order.
• A referee will guide the squad through each station, explaining the targets and the shooting strategy.
• Shooters will receive a scorecard to track their performance. The referee will determine if the target is hit or missed.
Sporting clays is a welcoming sport, so beginners are encouraged to ask questions and get tips from experienced participants.
