Multifamily Site Visit and Tour at Simsbury Center Apartments

The Multifamily Council invites you to join us for a site visit and tour of a recently converted historic inn to the 25-unit Simsbury Center Apartments facilitated by Luke Florian, the owner of Freedom Property, LLC.
During the tour we will learn about the energy-saving Enviro Power Smart Watt Boiler, which is a drop-in replacement for the conventional heating system. 

Dan Nadav, CEO of Enviro Power Inc. and Michael Cocuzza, CTO and President of Enviro Power Inc. will provide insights into their new heating system that generates free electricity. Enviro Power’s product combines well-known, highly-efficient condensing boiler technology with a proven closed-loop steam-turbine cycle to generate electricity on site while lowering carbon emissions and energy costs.
